Clean property adjacent to the Waterloo station, many bars, and the Waterloo bridge and royal festival hall. Particularly good, lovely location from within the restaurant. Overall really good stay for London visit.

Had a comfortable stay for London visit. Location was marvellous and stunning, near to the main train line and Waterloo Station and the river. We were set close to tube stations.

It had a convenient setting adjacent to bars as well as train line. Staff were amiable, they made it a lovely place to stay.

Apartment was fairly clean with good and amazing bathroom. Had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe to use.

Overall, quirky and stylish place, it fits me. Staff are helpful and extremely friendly. Location is particularly good, adjacent to Royal festival Hall, and Big Ben and London eye.

New-fashioned and neat rooms, all with the kitchen & location & the codes to get in the doors. Extremely friendly and outstandingly accommodating management and staff.

The location was amazing, so central and easy to find. the building itself had a unique and charming design, adding to the overall experience. the room was surprisingly spacious, with a decent-sized bathroom and a well-equipped kitchenette. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the blackout blinds ensured a perfect night's sleep. the room had excellent lighting, which was a nice touch.
Although there were a few drawbacks, they were relatively minor. the check-in information was delayed, causing some inconvenience.
